Nine years ago our founder Patricia was looking for something to help her mom feel better. Her mom was suffering from several things such as back pain. No matter what she watched her mom do or try, nothing seemed to be working. She then chose to go to school for massage therapy which she quickly realized was a passion she wasn't going to put down. What started off as a journey to help one person has now turned into a passion to help as many people as she can. She is known to be funny with a perky personality and yet when she needs to, she can adapt to the learning style of her clients so they can fully understand their bodies. She has a beautiful way of connecting with her pediatric clients as well. Patricia learned very quickly how successful Performance Alignment Therapy was after she took a year off from working at the average massage location and embarked on this learning journey of the fascia amongst other disciplines. After helping thousands of people in her career she is here to show the world how dynamic their bodies truly are and how incredible P.A.T is.
