What Is Performance Alignment Therapy Also known as P.A.T

Performance Alignment Therapy is a uniquely developed program with interdisciplinary knowledge in manual manipulation of soft tissue, fascia, neuroscience, mobility, massage therapy, physiotherapy and kinesiology. We are dedicated to providing our clients with high-quality sessions that help them get their body back to peak performance through all natural body alignment and massage therapy.

During our consultation there is a wealth of knowledge provided to help you better understand why your body is causing so many issues. Behind our intake form comes a detailed session specifically for you, we are not scheduled back to back so you get the attention without distraction. Our clients always enter into the session with unanswered questions and leave their sessions filled with more confidence as to why their body is acting out. We are dedicating to educating our clients which puts them in a position to take control of their health. We respect other forms of medical care but we believe that each person has the right to make informed decisions and choose the way to healing that is right for them.

We do not guarantee that the pain will disappear and we do not guarantee to heal all problems. What we do guarantee is more mobility, more knowledge, decompression, less tension and stress as well as feeling better. - which makes you want to live better. Pain management is learning how to decrease the pain to the bare minimum.

How Many Sessions Do I Need?

Four to five consecutive sessions are strongly recommended. During our consultation we discuss in details why sessions done week by week play a significant role on the development of your new body's foundation.

After each session you and Trisha will evaluate the changes made from the session and discuss the next steps for your next appointment.

You may get workouts assigned to better fortify the work done in your sessions.
